1. Agreement to Terms

By creating a Studio99 Account and accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Account Registration

To use Studio99 services, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3. Studio99 Products

These Terms apply to all Studio99 products and services:

• Prishora — Design editor for typography and calligraphy
• Inkora — Text art library and downloads
• CalligraphyMaker — Calligraphy generation tool (Canva, Adobe Express, Mobile)
• Studio99 API — B2B calligraphy generation REST API

4. Use License

Studio99 grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use our services in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to:

• Modify or copy the materials except as permitted by the product
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell Studio99 services
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content or fonts

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Some Studio99 products require paid subscriptions:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly)
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• Free tier users are subject to usage limits as defined per product

6. Font and Content Licensing

Studio99 fonts and calligraphy assets are proprietary intellectual property:

• Fonts are rendered server-side and are never distributed as downloadable font files
• Generated outputs (SVG, PNG, JPG) may be used in your personal and commercial projects
• You may not extract, convert, or redistribute Studio99 fonts in any format
• API users receive output assets only — font files are never exposed

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Studio99 services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or infrastructure
• Use the API to build a competing service

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create using Studio99 products. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your content to provide the services
• Display your content as necessary for service functionality
• Create backups and copies for service reliability and security

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

10. Limitation of Liability

Studio99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Disclaimer

Studio99 services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through our services. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
